As much as we love hazy bois and hop bombs around here, you can never go wrong with the classics. We’ve brewed a traditional German Hefeweizen recipe with Pilsner malt, wheat and just a touch of Vienna for a warm toasty note. Fermented with an authentic German hefeweizen yeast to provide tons of banana and clove esters. It pours hazy and is bursting with fruit and spicy aromas with a thick white head and a spritzy level of carbonation. A perfect beer to session when the suns out.
