it’s summertime and that means it’s sour time! We’ve brewed up a lovely summer treat that’s packed full of over 350kgs of mango and pineapple purée! We’ve also added lactose for a delicious milky sweetness to balance out the tartness provided by souring with a lactobacillus culture. The result is sweet, sour, tropical juicy-vanilla goodness in a can. Refreshing and rich all at the same time. We’re continuing to try new ideas and so we hope you all love our latest sour!
