We’ve been experimenting a lot recently with different hop combos but thought it was time to let Mosaic shine on its own. Brewed entirely with Mosaic in the kettle, whirlpool and multiple dry hop stages. Expect a wide range of flavours and aromas to pop everything from mango to berry, peach to pine. Fermented with London Ale III to coax even more fruity flavours out this hazy IPA is smooth and chock full of fruity deliciousness.
